You can get a mod that lets you play as Bill (or any L4D1 survivor) in any campaign. Modded only. The vocalizer, the quotes will likely not work in the intended ways, but yes. Model can always be changed in a desired way, but from then on you might start to wonder exactly how much "Bill" is your Bill. Rochelle has the least protrusive character in the game.
